What Does It Cost?

This villa is for sale at $49,900. The resort, built in 2006 has sold Villas such as this for over $90,000. When we purchased in 2005, we paid $75,000.00. With this purchase, you are given one week each year fixed to enjoy this luxurious villa (3301) and 1 floating week there or in Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta, and coming soon, Cancun Mexico.

Two weeks of fractional ownership are available for the next 29 years. The 2-two week periods are weeks 42 and 43 (October 27 – November 9 in 2007) If you are interested in both weeks, they are available.

The two weeks in Villa 3301 are actually the two weeks beginning the winter season (high season) in Mexico which is when the weather is fantastic and all resorts have raised their rates.

Purchase of this Villa entitles you to Gold Card Member Privileges every time you stay. One of your benefits are free upgrades. The next upgrade to this villa is the Penthouse. If it is open, all you have to do is ask for it!! This is an outstanding resort with incredible service, food and excursions...
